HCLFoundation signed an MoU with the Tamil Nadu Department of Prisons and Correctional Services in the presence of Dr. Maheshwar Dayal (IPS) and Dr. Nidhi Pundhir to strengthen collaboration in rehabilitation and social reintegration.
