This category covers projects which support the Right to

Education and strengthen primary, secondary and higher

education; promote lifelong learning opportunities through skill

development; work with adult literacy; advance girl children’s

and women’s education and empowerment; and ensure digital

literacy for all. To qualify for the HCLTech Grant, projects should

be designed around equitable, inclusive and quality education,

thereby strengthening state systems and attaining sustainability

in rural development.
