for Development Centre for Environment

Education Society (ND-CEE).

between the government, NGOs and itself

for comprehensive impact. ND-CEE

develops innovative programmes and

educational material, and builds capacity

in the field of Education for Sustainable

Development, which it envisages will

be the call to action for long-term

sustainability. It supports other agencies

about sustainable development.

Its continuous efforts have earned

many awards including Jal Nirmalta

Puraskar (1997), National Award

from the Department of Science

and Technology, Government of

India (2003), and National Social

Innovation Award by the Ministry of

External Affairs (2016).
