The HCL Grant Project in
Action
e Grant helped us to upscale our project
from 8 villages in 4 districts to 28 villages in
6 districts. It helped us replicate our tested
model of working with the Bedia community
of identifying, engaging and tracking the
vulnerable children to restore their rights,
connect them to mainstream education, and
bring in social transformation among the
community to prevent adolescent girls from
entering the commercial sex industry. We
also got a chance to present our work to the
Denotified Nomadic, and Semi Nomadic
Tribal Welfare Department, Government of
Madhya Pradesh.
